The story

Formed in Agoura Hills, California, Linkin Park sold the defining rock album of its generation with Hybrid Theory in 2000, welding rap verses, electronic textures and stadium choruses into something radio had no category for. The band spent the following two decades refusing to repeat itself, from the political concept record A Thousand Suns to the pop-leaning One More Light. After the death of Chester Bennington in 2017 the band went quiet; it returned in 2024 with vocalist Emily Armstrong and the album From Zero.
