Rick Wakeman

Rick Wakeman is the flamboyant keyboardist of Yes, known for performing in flowing capes while surrounded by a massive bank of synthesizers and keyboards. His classical training and virtuosic technique contributed landmark keyboard work to Yes albums including "Close to the Edge" and "Tales from Topographic Oceans." He has also released numerous acclaimed solo concept albums including "The Six Wives of Henry VIII" (1973) and "Journey to the Centre of the Earth" (1974).
