James Taylor

James Taylor is a five-time Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter who helped define the "singer-songwriter" genre of the early 1970s. Known for his warm acoustic guitar style, introspective lyrics, and intimate vocal delivery, Taylor's hits include "Fire and Rain," "You've Got a Friend," "Carolina in My Mind," and "Shower the People." He was the first artist signed to the Beatles' Apple Records.
