About
Walter Parazaider is the woodwind multi-instrumentalist and co-founder of Chicago. He played saxophone, clarinet, flute, and other woodwinds, contributing to the band's unique combination of rock and jazz brass. Parazaider was a founding member of the band when it was originally known as the Chicago Transit Authority in 1967, and has remained a member throughout their history.
